· Create and print report cards for all grades, customized with the logo and/or watermark of your institution. Report cards and transcripts can be tailored to fit the needs and requirements of institutions of any size.
· Print complete transcript, listing all courses a student has ever taken, sorted by the year courses were taken.
· Sort the information displayed by any criteria available in the database
· Reports can be generated and printed based upon user-defined criteria via the Report Wizard tool. Reports can be as simple as a listing of current students, comprising of only their first and last names, or as complex as topographical and academic performance information of all students within a given date range
· Statistical analysis of students’ academic performance can be carried out, by generating graphs and charts via a user-friendly wizard, based on user requirements.
· It also interfaces with GradeBook to import students’ latest grades and performance.
· Comments may be entered with any word processor or directly into the program and printed directly on report cards or analysis reports. Alternatively, previously written narratives could be imported from saved documents and into the program.
· View and change students’ grades for any year.
