Software Engineer
The Development Department at TipToe Systems has the need for software engineers. This person would be involved in the full life cycle of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to functional specification, architectural and detailed design, implementation, integration and finally maintenance of TipToe products. Successful candidates will possess the following: a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field, experience with a part or whole of the software development life cycle, knowledge of relational databases, object oriented or event driven programming languages; preferably Delphi or Java, self-motivation and the initiative to see projects through to completion, strong organizational and planning skills, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Sales Representative
Due to business growth, TipToe Systems is continually seeking sales representatives all over the world. Successful candidates for this position are motivated self-starters with successful sales records. The nature of these positions requires the candidate to function and interact effectively as a member of a virtual team. In addition, you must also use your proven sales skills to prospect for new customers and establish solid relationships in your established territory. You must demonstrate the ability to influence software purchase and upgrade decisions through effective phone contact and on-site product demonstrations. You must also have the ability to ascertain customer needs and translate their needs into requirements for the development teams.

Marketing Analyst
The marketing analyst will work at determining ways and means to propagate the product and services of TipToe Systems to our existing clientele base as well as prospective customers. The person will also research and implement the best methods and process involved in increasing TipToe Systems’ global customer base. Ideal candidate will be responsible for timely financial data for planning, budgeting and analysis of direct marketing expenditures. Individual will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for all products and services of TipToe Systems, provide financial support for other departments and prepare profit-and-loss analyses on in-house as well as customer-based projects.
