Database Generator
Is a program by which initial data entry of students and their related information is performed. It is intended to cut down redundancy by reducing the number of inputs of the same data to one. It uses the information entered to build the underlying databases that would be used by the other software in the suite.

Admissions
Is a user-friendly administrative tool by which an educational institution can keep track of student records from initial registration and enrollment in the school to life after completing the institution, as alumni. It also tracks records of staff and faculty through out their involvement with the institution. School information can be viewed and edited. Administration functions such as running standard reports generating custom made reports are provided. There is also a built in custom word processor that includes features that make office duties simpler and less time consuming.

Academics
Is a graphical user interface that monitors the academic progress of students in an educational institution. It has the ability to print standard and custom report cards as well as transcripts. Email Parser
This program is designed to manipulate comma delimited email lists. It is designed to be used on pre-existing mailing lists. Specific email addresses and their location in the list can be searched for by typing the beginning part of the address, or the full address, in the edit box provided. An email address in the list can be modified or completely deleted. Duplicate address can be located and deleted, leaving only one copy. Invalid addresses can also be found and removed.
